After contacting Case Boss MULTIPLE times I now believe them to be purely a scam company with no intention of ever sending the product. They provided a fake tracking number which they insist will show tracking soon, stating 'we are still waiting for the carrier to update their website with the tracking information'.

The carrier advised this process can take 1-2 days to update, not 5 months! They will not give a refund as they claim the item has been sent yet have no proof that the items are on their way to us.

Do not buy from them!!! You will just loose money.

Product or Service Mentioned: Case Boss Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $42.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Product does not get delivered, Provide a fictitious tracking number, You take money without delivering the product.
