Case Boss - Arrogant ignorant customer service staff and policies

Misstake made when ordering, and they would not alter the order despite it just being one minute after the order was placed. They were absolutely rude, and arrogant stating it was mu fault and i had three chances to change my order before payment which was a complete lie. Careful they are out to steal your money.
