Case Boss - Terrible customer service

Don't order cases from this company unless you enjoy terrible customer service and getting ripped off. Cause god forbid you accidentally clicked the wrong phone type. They will not switch it for you or accept returns so you are stuck with a case you can't use. They claim that it's a policy that almost all companies use. Which isn't true. If you want to exchange something it's never a problem at pretty much everywhere I have shopped. Except apparently at case boss.
