I ordered and paid for one of their products in March. I still haven't received it.

When you ask there support team they refer you to their shipping policy, which clearly states "allow 4-6 weeks for international shipping". It's now been 16 weeks, and still nothing. They insist that the product was shipped, however, no tracking details can be provided. I have now read some of the other reviews, and I must say, and sounds worse than I expected.

Even terrible quality issues.

It seems they advertise something similar to the original manufacturers, and then send you a cheap and nasty alternative. How can a company like this be allowed to continue doing business?

Product or Service Mentioned: Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $45.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: No way of tracking, Can not deliver on their promise.

Paid for two covers, 4 months and nothing. Going to make a claim from PayPal or visa.

Asked for a refund from caseboss and they refused.

Scammers. Lucky they arnt in austrAlia as I would be on there door ready to rumble


Exact same thing as the other complaint above....except they did give me a tracking number. It was fake of course!
