I ordered and paid for one of their products in March. I still haven't received it.
When you ask there support team they refer you to their shipping policy, which clearly states "allow 4-6 weeks for international shipping". It's now been 16 weeks, and still nothing. They insist that the product was shipped, however, no tracking details can be provided. I have now read some of the other reviews, and I must say, and sounds worse than I expected.
Even terrible quality issues.
It seems they advertise something similar to the original manufacturers, and then send you a cheap and nasty alternative. How can a company like this be allowed to continue doing business?
