I ordered and paid for one of their products in March.I still haven't received it.

When you ask there support team they refer you to their shipping policy, which clearly states "allow 4-6 weeks for international shipping". It's now been 16 weeks, and still nothing. They insist that the product was shipped, however, no tracking details can be provided. I have now read some of the other reviews, and I must say, and sounds worse than I expected.

Even terrible quality issues.

It seems they advertise something similar to the original manufacturers, and then send you a cheap and nasty alternative.How can a company like this be allowed to continue doing business?

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $45.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: No way of tracking, Can not deliver on their promise.

Paid for two covers, 4 months and nothing.Going to make a claim from PayPal or visa.

Asked for a refund from caseboss and they refused.

Scammers.Lucky they arnt in austrAlia as I would be on there door ready to rumble


Exact same thing as the other complaint above....except they did give me a tracking number. It was fake of course!
