I received a waterproof case from this company in march, the case had a crack in it so I emailed the company letting them know, they quickly responded with can you send pictures proving the case was cracked so I did. Then a couple days later received an email stating they were going to send me a new case to my house.

It is now June and I have still not received my replacement case. I have emailed them multiple times asking them where my case is and either I don't get a reply or I get a message stating that the first case was delivered.

I then emailed them asking if someone could please call me because there was confusing going on, on their end and the reply I got was that they do not do phone calls. VERYYYY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!
