I ordered a case from Case Boss using PayPal as payment. I ordered on March 6, 2017.
Was sent an email confirmations stating it would take 2-4 weeks to arrive (which I thought was a long time). Here we are ten weeks later on May 20th and still nothing. I,ve emailed them several times asking for a refund, and kept being told that the couldn't refund me because the item was already shipped. They provided a tracking number so I've tried to track it several times; every time it says "item cant be found".
I just escalated my dispute to a claim with PayPal.
Hopefully I see a refund at some point. This was the first and last time I will buy anything from a company that advertises on Facebook.
