I ordered a case on 2/27/17. I found out after the fact that it took 2-4 weeks for delivery, so I requested that my order be cancelled on 3/7/17 since I could get it from Amazon in 4 days!!!

Here was their response: I apologize for the delay. Unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order as it has been placed, our system immediately process order to avoid any delay on the shipping. As much as we want to cancel the order it is already at the point that cancellation is not available, Sorry. Thank you.

JT (Customer Support) www.case-boss.com Today is 5/16/17; 78 days or over 11 weeks and I have not received my case. I paid for the case on 2/27.

This is the definition of theft. I have sent 10 messages between email and their 'contact-us' page over the past week and have not received a response!!!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Case Boss Cons: Fact that they stole my money, No delivery, No tracking numbers.
