On 8th Nov,2017 i made an order #200163 and on that day i've been informed through mail that shipping will takes 2-4 weeks due to high demand. Still i've not received my order and when i contacted CASE BOSS i received a contact number 1800-11-2011 for tracking or knowing the status of the order and the number is not working.

later i mailed many times and requested them to provide any alternate number to for knowing the status of the order but they were not responding . Please don't buy any item in this as the shopping experience is horrible and you wont get proper response for service center.

Product or Service Mentioned: Case Boss Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $21.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Receiving no replies to several emails.

Same story with me. I ordered last May and no product came.

They were replying but hopeless as well.

no sense of customer service whatsoever.

Won't refund the money like "suck it up we just scammed you."
