Case Boss - My Items has not yet arrived from 16th May 2017
I'am here expressing my frustration as I was being informed that the Item will be shipped from 2-4 weeks time. But from 16th May until now, the Items has not yet arrived.
I'am requesting a refund if this problem has not been resolved. I'am giving a bad reviews if nothing is done to solve the problem.
I know maybe I'am a bit unprofessional posting about this but everyone deserve to know what I've just been through and the company need to fix their problem or they could be untrustworthy to the future customer who is going to prefer to buy them from other website. Please resolve this ASAP.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $40.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Case Boss Pros: Love the website, Price of the case, Discount specials.
Case Boss Cons: Stole my money and are non reponsive, No delivery.
