I ordered 2 cases on March 2nd and still have not received them. I have written to them over and over again and get the same reply.

They tell me to check the status with the carrier but of the "several" tracking numbers they have supplied to me none were ever a valid tracking number. I don't feel I will ever receive these cases but I will continue to write to them just to let them know I am still here.

They have also at times told me that they forwarded my message to the manufacturer and state that they did pay the manufacturer for my cases but unless the manufacturer ships them out to me it is out of their hands. This is ridicuous.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Have never delivered my cases.
