Case Boss - Non Delivery of Ordered Items
I ordered and paid for 2 x waterproof Iphone cases on 8th April 2017 following a promotion that they were running off Facebook. When I had not heard anything from them regarding my order I followed up with them, probably 2 weeks after order.
I was trying to find out where my delivery was and to get a tracking number from them so that I could track it myself. I received no response to either my email or web contact form, I followed up again today 5th May 2017 via email to support@***e-boss.com, still no response.
Very shocking service, no responses to emails or contact off the website. No contact phone numbers on the website so you are reliant on email response to which there is $35 gone.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $35.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Case Boss Pros: Love the website.
Case Boss Cons: Delivery or customer service, No tracking numbers, No response to emails.

Ya, I order free product and paid USD10 for shipping service. Up to now no delivery. I email them 2 times, but no reply from them
Same here 2 months but no product arrived.. i have tracking number they gave me via email but it shows the same status every time..
and now they are not replying to the emails.. either..it sucks
I've been waiting since February. Got a tracking number but if never worked had always said pending and expired in a hew cases.
Emailed them twice since with no response. 100% scam
