I ordered a case in late February, for which payment was made and taken out of my account. After a week of not receiving the promised order number via email, I contacted customer support.

After another week, I emailed again as I had not received any response. Very quickly I received a BS reply with a tracking number that couldn't be found on the link they provided for tracking. They advised me that I may not be able to see the results of the tracking, and stupidly took their word for it. Since the site showed it was coming from Singapore, I gave it over a month before contacting them back.

Well, another email, and another no response later and I'm sitting here emailing them again demanding my money back. It's been over 2 months since they took my money and I still have absolutely nothing to show for it.

Product or Service Mentioned: Case Boss Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $35.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Fact that they stole my money.
