My latest email to Case-Boss: Dear JT, support@case-boss, I would appreciate some kind of response as it has been two days since I emailed you for an update or assistance, 2 weeks since you last responded and more than 4 weeks since these were ordered. The tracking via the 17Track app that you provided last April 19 is useless as it only continue to say that the tracking reference numbers are not found either at their sources, China/Singapore postal systems, or on the USPS system.
There should have been updates after all this time.
Alternatively, you may have a way to track the movement of your shipments thus provide the details to me. Honestly, I am beginning to feel anxious about this and thinking about getting a refund and composing a very strongly worded comment to post on Facebook about my bad experience in buying your products.
