I am pissed off from such company with very poor services and very unpolite customer services, i received email that my Purchase is done in 30th of march 2016. And i was waiting and emails is transfering between me and customer services and till now still waiting it and last message got from them that “There are factors that are affecting the delivery of items such as change of state policy, country policy.

These factors cannot control by us. Case-Boss is also complying with these policies and laws in order for us to do business outside U.

S. territory and we do not have control of these factors.” What should i do!!
