Case Boss - Total scam
They took my money but did not deliver a product, I ordered a iphone 7 plus case from them on March 25, 2017, and I have still not received anything. I email them every other day because I want my money back but there customer service will not contact me back.
I want them to send me my case or give me a refund. The customer service did send me an email giving me a tracking number that did not work.
If I don't get the case within the next few days i'm going to report the criminal activity, I have already filed a complaint with the federal trade commission. I will go to the local authorities next to seek legal advice.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $45.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
