Ordered (2) iPhone 6 cases for my wife and me and (2) waterproof speakers in March 2017. It’s been over a year and still no cases or speakers have shown up to my mailbox! Contacted seller and gave me a tracking number that was never found on the shipping website. Sent countless emails asking for info and they said :
“Thank you for contacting us back and we do apologize for the delay.
This is not our intention for you to wait this long about the arrival of your order.
We are doing our best for you to receive this item soonest possible time and also to fix this issue.
As of this time we haven't received yet any response coming from them.
However, we assure that you will receive your ordered item.
Again, thank you for patience and understanding.
That was the last email they sent me 2 months ago! I’ve been asking for my money back since August 2017 and got no responses about any refunds just shipping excuses! I lost about $53.
